•IF A DEFECT OR FAULT ARISES THE ITEM WILL HAVE TO BE BROUGHT IN TO OUR STORES AND SENT TO OUR SUPPLIERS FOR AN ASSESSMENT THEREAFTER A DECISION WILL BE TAKEN I.E REPAIR, REFUND OR REPLACE
•ALL FURNITURE & APPLIANCE WARRANTIES ARE HELD BY THE SUPPLIER OF THE SPECIFIC ITEM
•APPLIANCES ARE SOLD WITH A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY , ALL WARRANTY CARDS ETC NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR WARRANTY ACTIVATIONS & CLAIMS
•DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF A REFUND BEING ISSUED
•A REFUND IF APPROVED WILL BE PAID INTO THE CUSTOMERS BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 30 WORKING DAYS , THIS PERIOD BEGINS ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN ASSESSED AND A DECISION FOR REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED
•FURNITURE & APPLIANCE CENTRE AND IT`S DELIVERY PARTNERS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IF AN ITEM CANNOT FIT OR HAS BEEN DAMAGED AT A CUSTOMERS PREMISES DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS .NO REPLACEMENTS OF REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
•MATTRESSES IF DEFECTIVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF SOILED AND IN POOR CONDITION

•ORDINARY WEAR & TEAR IS THE RESULT OF THE FAILURE/FLAW
